Corey Galloway currently serves as Vice President of the New Rochelle Public Library Board of Trustees, a role he’s held since 2018. A lifelong advocate for education, access, and civic engagement, Corey has made it his mission to strengthen the role of the library as a community cornerstone. During the day Corey is a business owner and developer of affordable homes in the East New York and Brownsville areas of Brooklyn NY.

As Chairman of the Building and Grounds committee, Corey has worked to centralize development inquiries and elevate community voices—ensuring that NRPL’s growth truly reflects the needs and values of New Rochelle residents.

With deep roots in New Rochelle, Corey and his family are proud to serve and give back to the community that shaped them. His leadership is not just professional – it’s personal.
